Registration Process

1. Re-enrollment for Current and Wait-listed Families

Current and wait-listed families are invited via email to re-enroll for the upcoming school year. The re-enrollment window for the 2022-2023 school year is from February 14-25, 2022. The cost is $35 to re-enroll. The first month's tuition is also due at the time of enrollment.

Tuition fees for the 2022-2023 school year will be posted on the main SACC page after they are approved by the Board of Education.

2. The Number of Open Spots is Determined

The number of open spots for the upcoming school year is determined by the number of returning families, available staff and physical space available for the program as mandated by the Ohio Department of Education.

3. Pre-registration for New Families

New families are invited to pre-register for the SACC lottery via a link on our website,, in early April. More information will be coming on pre-registration for the 2022-2023 school year.

4. SACC Lottery for New Families

Due to a limited number of spots available, all new families are placed into a lottery. The lottery will determine who is accepted into any open spot, who is on the wait-list and who will need to wait until the following year to register again.

5. Notification of Status to New Families

All new families will be notified of their status (accepted, wait-listed or regrets) via email in early May.  Cost is $35 to register. The first month's tuition is also due at the time of registration.

6. Paying your sacc fees

Families who receive confirmation that their pre-registration has been accepted may then pay the registration fee ($30) and the first month's tuition in SPS EZPay.

  • If you child is new to SACC but is currently attending the Upper Arlington Schools, you may log in to your existing EZ Pay account, or you may follow these instructions to set up an EZPay account. Please note that you will need your child's Student ID number in order to add your student to your EZPay account. You can find your child's Student ID number by logging in to the PowerSchool Parent Portal and looking for the six-digit Student ID number on the upper left side of your screen, next to your student's first name.
  • If you are a parent/guardian of an incoming kindergarten student or a student who is new to UA Schools for the upcoming school year, you will be able to add your student to an EZPay account during the summer after PowerSchool rolls over to the new school year. To pay your SACC fees now, you have two options: You may use EZPay if you have an older child currently in the district (select the appropriate fees under that child's profile in EZPay) - or you may submit a check to the SACC Office.
Please note: All students must attend SACC at the school where they are currently enrolled. There are a limited number of occasional cards available for families who need before or after school care for up to 10 days throughout the school year.
