Every year, families complete the required technology forms at the time of registration for any new students or during the back-to-school forms process for returning students in early August.
In early August, back-to-school forms are available in the
PowerSchool Parent Portal and the optional Technology Protection Plan fee ($25) for students in grades K-12 is available for payment in
SPS EZpay. The district reaches out by email to returning families when the forms and fees are available and provide additional instructions.
Those wishing to purchase the Technology Protection Plan must complete the technology forms in PowerSchool AND pay the $25 fee before the first day of the school year. If the $25 fee is not paid by the first day of school, the plan is void.
