Technology

The Technology Department, part of the Office of Excellence and Engagement, is responsible for maintaining the district’s technology infrastructure to support teaching and learning in the classroom and the school-related technology needs of every student, staff member and parent/guardian.

Through the district’s innovative one-to-one technology program implemented in 2016 and 2017, every student in kindergarten through grade 12 has a district-owned device, empowering them to personalize and maximize their learning experience and prepare themselves for their futures. The Technology Department works in collaboration with the Teaching and Learning Department to help select, maintain and provide support for the educational technology resources utilized by students, staff members and parents/guardians in the district. The Technology Department and the district as a whole are committed to ensuring equitable access to these resources to challenge and support every learner in our schools.

The Technology Department strives for excellence in customer service and provides creative solutions for the technology needs of all students, staff members and parents/guardians. We encourage you to consult the Technology Resources webpage for a guide to utilizing and troubleshooting these resources.
