Student Well-Being Surveys

Engaged Learner Competency and Well-Being Survey

Student voice is vital to ensuring that Upper Arlington Schools is fulfilling its mission of challenging and supporting every student, every step of the way in our schools.

All Upper Arlington Schools students in grades K-12 have opportunities in the fall and spring during the school day to complete the online Engaged Learner Competency and Well-Being Survey. Their responses provide us with information to better understand our students and their experiences in our schools. This survey aligns with the 2025-2030 strategic plan priorities and our Profile of an Engaged Learner. Developed by UA Schools educators with feedback from students and teachers, the Profile of an Engaged Learner identifies the skills and characteristics that we believe will prepare students to serve, lead and succeed both now and in their futures.
