Talent Office
The Office of Human Resources is responsible for all employment matters including hiring, evaluation and support of the Upper Arlington staff. We proudly employ approximately 1,000 including teachers, administrators, and classified staff. The Office of Human Resources provides support through benefits management, professional development and licensure applications. The Upper Arlington Schools provides specific support for new teachers through new teacher mentoring and Resident Educator programs.
