2024-2025 State Report Card information

The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce has officially released the 2024-2025 annual school report cards. Notable for Upper Arlington Schools are the following highlights.

  • Upper Arlington Schools has earned the highest overall rating of five stars for four consecutive years. We are one of 47 districts out of more than 600 districts in the state to achieve this rating.
  • Upper Arlington Schools has also earned five stars for a fourth year in a row in the following categories: Achievement, Progress, Gap Closing and Graduation.
  • The district’s overall Performance Index score has increased for the fourth year in a row.

This recognition is a direct reflection of your dedication and the impact you have on shaping meaningful learning experiences for our students.

“We are honored to once again earn the state’s highest rating, and this recognition reflects the dedication of our staff and the support of our families and community,” said Superintendent Robert Hunt, Ph.D.. “At the same time, we know the report card is only one measure of success. Our true focus is on challenging and supporting every student, every step of the way — ensuring their growth as we prepare them for their future.”

The district as a whole, as well as each school building, will dig into the data behind the report cards to prompt discussions about what is working for students and where there may be possible areas to improve. The district will also continue to evaluate all other available data regarding students’ growth, achievement and well-being. You can read more about that in the Quality Profile, Upper Arlington Schools’ annual accountability report.
