New online payment system for meals and fees launches July 1

Starting July 1, Upper Arlington Schools will transition from SPS EZPay to PaySchools Central for managing online lunch and fee payments.

To prepare for the new school year, families and staff can visit PaySchoolsCentral.com or download the PaySchools Central app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. From there, you can register to create an account and link student(s) or staff member(s) to your profile. Beginning July 1, you can use these instructions to set up your account. Please note that any families of students who are new to the district for the upcoming school year will be able to sign up for PaySchools Central beginning on August 1.

Any funds currently in EZPay accounts will automatically transfer to PaySchools Central, so there’s no need to move your balance.

While the district will continue to cover the merchant processing fee, families will now see a convenience fee charged by the vendor of $1.25 per transaction when using a debit or credit card.
