UAHS girls water polo wins their 22nd state championship

Upper Arlington High School girls and boys water polo teams ended their seasons #1 and #2 in the state, respectively, with the girls team winning their sixth state championship in seven years.

In the state final matches on Saturday, October 25 at Cincinnati Sycamore, the Upper Arlington High School girls claimed a 13-10 double-overtime win over Worthington Kilbourne. It is their 22nd state championship overall.

The boys team fell short of a state championship, with a 17-8 loss against St. Charles. 

Overall, the UAHS water polo program has an impressive 31 state championships all together.
