Travel with UA Schools! Global education opportunities for 2025

Upper Arlington Schools students are being offered several international educational travel opportunities in 2025. These immersive learning experiences help students develop lifelong skills and characteristics, reflected in the district's Profile of an Engaged Learner, that will help them serve, lead and succeed.

When students travel to new places, they are exposed to new cultures and ideas, in addition to new peers from their own hometown. This can help them become more open-minded and willing to try new things. The experience of educational travel pulls our students away from familiar routines, presenting new and age-appropriate challenges that help them develop their critical-thinking skills and strengthen their resilience and sense of responsibility.

Several trips are being offered across the district for 2025 — including opportunities to travel to Germany & the Alps, Iceland, South Africa, Peru, and a custom-designed tour to Ireland & England culminating in EF’s exclusive Student Leadership Summit

You can learn more about these international educational travel opportunities — including specific itineraries, academic opportunities, costs and enrollment options —  and meet the teachers leading each trip at an information session on Wednesday, March 13 in the Upper Arlington High School Performing Arts CenterUpper Arlington’s travel partner, EF Tours, will also be there to answer questions after each session.

Please RSVP for the correct session based on the current grade level of your student to save your seat and help us prepare for the expected audience.
