Following a series of community engagement opportunities in the superintendent search process, Hazard, Young, Attea & Associates (HYA) has completed a Leadership Profile Report for Upper Arlington Schools.
The report compiles the results of in-person and virtual feedback sessions as well as an online survey completed by nearly 1,200 people. The document is meant to assist the Board of Education in determining the primary characteristics desired in the next superintendent.
