Dear Tremont Families,

What a wonderful Fall Festival we had on Friday night! Thank you so much to our TSA for all they did to make it such a fun night! Another heart-felt thank you to all of you for your generous snack donations and dinner during the two nights of conferences this week. We are so thankful for our partnership with families!

Enjoy the weekend and be sure to read the details regarding our Parade & Parties on Monday! More information came home with your children as well as in classroom weekly news! Thanks!

Related Arts Update from PE

We have been having a great time in the gym over the past few weeks! We finished up a soccer/kicking unit where students learned and worked on their basic soccer skills in small-sided games. Some of the older students applied their skills to some games in the gym. We followed that up with a few spooky, fall themed games! Overall, a great first trimester! Here is a link to some pictures from the school year!

Counselor Corner

Dear Families:

Time is moving so quickly! During the month of November, our K-2 students will create a Coping Skills Toolbox. We will read the book “My Incredible Talking Body, Learning to be Calm”. Third and Fourth graders will discuss worries: what they are, how they impact us and coping skills. We will continue our kindergarten managing emotions group, second grade friendship, and begin our fourth grade G.I.R.L.S. group.

Issue 5 information

After delaying an operating levy request for the past two years, the Upper Arlington Board of Education is returning to the ballot on November 8. Issue 5 is a 6.9 mill continuing levy that would fund daily operations and maintain current academic programming so that the district can continue providing the current quality of education for Upper Arlington's students.

Apple Watches

We are having a variety of issues regarding Apple watches at school. Please plan to have your child either leave them at home or put them in their lockers the way we do if they bring a cell phone. Thank you for your help with this.

Lost and Found Pics

Please take a look at the lost and found to see if you can identify any of our child’s missing clothing! Before we donate these, we want to be sure you have the chance to come and pick them up! Thank you!
