Hybrid Transition Plan moves ahead to bring students back to school

We are excited to move forward with our Hybrid Transition Plan and welcome even more students into our schools over the next two weeks!

We took the first step on Monday, August 31 as our special education students who are served by our moderate/intensive intervention specialists return to our school buildings for in-person learning.

During the week of September 14, we are providing in-person transition days for all elementary students and students in sixth and ninth grades. You can view the elementary transition day schedule here, the Wickliffe only schedule here and the middle school and high school schedule here. Students in grades 7-8 and 10-12 who are new to the district or have an Individualized Education Plan will also have the option to attend school in-person on their hybrid group’s designated day.

These transition days will give students an opportunity to become familiar with new or different learning spaces and practice health and safety protocols in a smaller-group setting.

On Monday, September 21, we will begin our Hybrid learning schedule, with students attending school in person two or three days each week and engaging in independent remote learning the rest of the week.

Please visit our Hybrid learning page to learn more about hybrid learning, our transition week schedule. This webpage also includes information about health and safety protocols, Nutritional Services and Transportation.
