Keep reading for some important information for all Upper Arlington Schools students and families as you begin the school year — whether your students are starting the year in Enhanced Distance Learning or the UA Online Academy pathway.
First Day of the School Year
The first day of the 2020-2021 school year is Wednesday, August 19 for all UA Schools students.
If you have not yet completed back-to-school forms for your returning student, please complete the forms in PowerSchool to verify and update important student information as soon as possible! These forms involve parent/guardian contacts, emergency contacts, medical history and all technology forms associated with students’ school-issued devices.
Please follow the following steps to complete these forms:
Log in to your PowerSchool parent account. If you need help with your log-in information, or you have not set up a PowerSchool parent account, please contact [email protected].
Once you are logged in to your PowerSchool parent account, select the “Forms” link in the left navigation column.
Individually select and verify or complete ALL of the required forms under the General Forms tab. Be sure to click the Submit button at the bottom of each form to save your work.
If you have multiple students associated with your PowerSchool parent account, please click on each student in the tabs at the top of the webpage and verify or complete ALL of the required forms for each of your students.
Has your address changed? Then please also complete and submit a Change of Address form and required documentation to our Registration Office at the Graf Center, 2020 Builders Place. You may email [email protected] with any questions.
Enhanced Distance Learning Meal Program
The Nutritional Services Department will offer free lunches and breakfasts for the following day for preorder and pickup while our schools are in the Enhanced Distance Learning model (beginning Wednesday, August 19). Any student enrolled in Upper Arlington Schools, including UA Online Academy, may order meals by clicking here. We ask that you complete your order up to two days in advance of pickup.
Meals may be picked up by families at the following locations between 11:00 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. on scheduled school days (Monday through Friday):
Barrington Elementary School, 1780 Barrington Road
Greensview Elementary School, 4301 Greensview Road
Tremont Elementary School, 2900 Tremont Road
Wickliffe Progressive Elementary School, 2405 Wickliffe Road
Windermere Elementary School, located for the 2020-2021 school year in the old Wickliffe building, 3300 Cimmaron Road
