Eight Upper Arlington High School students have been selected as members of the 2018 Ohio Music Education Association’s South-Central All-Region Orchestra.
Four of these students have also been chosen to perform in the prestigious All-State Orchestra.
These following UAHS students were selected based upon a rigorous audition process for the South-Central All-Region Orchestra:

- Jimmy P.
- Anna S.
- Hannah S.
- Wendy S.
- Stuti S.
- Rena Z.
- Susan Z.
They will participate in several rehearsals and perform with the All-Region Orchestra on Sunday, November 18 at the Reynoldsburg High School Summit Campus.
The top students from all five OMEA regional orchestras in the state are then selected by audition for the All-State Orchestra. UAHS students Jimmy P., Anna S., Rena Z. and Susan Z. will represent UAHS in January as members of the 2019 OMEA All-State Orchestra in Cleveland.
The All-State Orchestra performs at the OMEA state convention and features a nationally known conductor who works with the students for two days in preparation for the concert.
