In this program, your daughter will develop strategic thinking in computer science by working through challenges to build persistence and confidence. They will learn about the design process, use creativity, and learn to use block-based code (e.g. Scratch). She will use her imagination to animate projects, make a storyboard, and learn the basic concepts of coding, as well as how computer science intersects with everyday living and how it involves multidisciplinary skills (e.g., music, art, physical education). This program is designed for students with no coding experience or some coding experience.
