Parent Newsletter: This Week

Happy Friday everyone! This is another short day of updates today but I wanted to especially call your attention to the announcement about the lost and found and about our Sunday TSA event. The Lost and Found is full to overflowing so we are going to have to start donating items soon to get more room. I’ve included pictures of the lost and found in the newsletter so if you see something that belongs to your family - come claim it before the end of the day on Wednesday! We are also SO excited about our Sunday celebration with TSA! Check out the newsletter for all the details! Hope to see you on Sunday!

Please see this update from our TERRIFIC TSA:

Hello Tremont Families,

Happy Friday!  We wanted to send out a reminder about our Fall Family Celebration taking place this Sunday from 2-4pm.  We are excited for the opportunity for families to get together and celebrate the success of the Walk-a-Thon as well as spend some much needed time getting to know one another.

The event will take place on the back playground at Tremont.  Please bring your family for some fun with DJ Matt Ryan, Kona Ice will have ice as well as hot cocoa and the Fox Fire Taco truck will also be at the event for purchase.

We want to make sure everyone has a fun time while being safe.  As you all know, the event is being held outdoors in an effort to minimize a large crowd indoors.  Please feel free to wear masks if you wish, we want everyone to do what they feel most comfortable with.  The weather is looking a bit chilly, so bundle up and come out for some fun, music, food and get to know other Tremont friends and families.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone on Sunday!

  • Update from the Stand Project

    • THE STAND PROJECT OPEN MEETING

      • NOV 16 | 6PM | UAHS – South Learning Commons (Room W1400)

      • The Stand Project invites you to join us at our next meeting, which will be formatted as a community conversation focused on “What’s Next?” for our programming and events. We will be revealing results from the OHYES (Ohio Healthy Youth Environments Survey) that was administered to 7th-12th graders in our district in May 2021. This data will inform us about what is happening RIGHT HERE IN UA as far as our kids’ mental health and their access to and perceptions about various substances. Community members and parents of all ages are encouraged to attend to LEARN MORE and START TALKING. Snacks will be provided.

  • Lost & Found!

    • Our lost and found has started overflowing to the point that we are running out of room. On Wednesday of next week, we will start donating things that haven’t been claimed. Here are some pictures of the things in the lost and found right now! Claim away!
