PaySchools Central
Starting July 1, 2025, Upper Arlington Schools will transition from SPS EZPay to PaySchools Central for managing online lunch and fee payments. Any funds previously in EZPay accounts will automatically transfer to PaySchools Central, so there’s no need to move your balance.
Please note that while the district will continue to cover the merchant processing fee, families will now see a convenience fee charged by the vendor of $1.25 per transaction when using a debit or credit card.
How to Access PaySchools Central
Families and staff can visit PaySchoolsCentral.com or download the PaySchools Central app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Please note that any families of students who are new to the district for the upcoming school year will be able to sign up for PaySchools Central beginning on August 1.
Register for an Account
Select Register and enter your profile details. Open the confirmation email from PaySchools Central and click the link to confirm your account and create a password. The link will be valid for 30 minutes. If it is not activated within that 30 minutes, please return to the PaySchools Central homepage and click "Forgot My Password" to request a new email.
Add Students or Staff
Before you can add your student(s) or any related staff members, you will need to answer three security questions to secure your account. Then, you will input the following information to add a student / staff member to your account:
- State
- School district
- Student or Staff ID (lunch number) — please note that the six-digit student ID number is available in the PowerSchool Parent Portal
- First and last name
- Relationship to the student / staff member
Finally, you will be prompted to set up a payment method, if you wish to do so, and set up notifications from PaySchools Central.

Is paying school fees a hardship for your family? Please contact your child's principal or school counselor. Eligible families may also complete a free or reduced-price meal application for their student(s) in the Linq Family Portal. Click on "Start a Meal Application."
