As part of a two-year facilities master planning process for Upper Arlington's schools, the district sought a free assessment provided by the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission. The OFCC assessments and photos taken by the OFCC are viewable under each building summary. That assessment provided a baseline standard that a team from Moody Nolan and Turner Construction built upon for a districtwide assessment. Physical assessments for each of the district's school buildings are available under the listing for each building. Perkins + Will, an architecture and design firm, separately evaluated all of the district's school buildings for educational adequacy and compiled its findings in a report that offers both a districtwide assessment and assessments specific to each school building.
