Notice is hereby given that the Upper Arlington City School District Board of Education, Franklin County, Ohio, will offer for sale at public auction at The Graf Center, 2020 Builders Place, Columbus, Ohio 43204, commencing at 11:00 AM on October 12, 2022, and closing at 12:00 PM on October 26, 2022, the following described property:

A large variety and quantity of Apple devices including: iMacs and Macbook Airs sold as one lot (over 1000 items).

Method of Sale:  Subject to the right of the Board to reject all bids, the sale shall be made to the highest bidder, but shall not be final until written notification of the acceptance of the bid is given by the Board.

Terms of Sale:  Cash (in the form of cash, or a certified or cashier's check, wire transfer) within the time provided in the conditions of sale referred to below.  

Additional Information and Conditions of Sale: Information concerning the auction sale and a copy of the "conditions of sale," in accordance with and subject to which all bids shall be made, may be obtained at the office of the Chief Technology Officer

Pre-Auction Review: The District will hold a pre-auction review for interested buyers on October 17, 2022 at 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at 2020 Builders Place, Columbus, Ohio 43204.  This will give potential bidders the opportunity to review items for sale and ask questions to our Chief Technology Officer.

The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
