SPS EZpay (Lunch & Fee Payment)
SPS EZpay allows Upper Arlington Schools families to pay school fees and add money to their students' lunch accounts online.

Work Permit Form
Bring the completed forms (two pages) back to the Upper Arlington High School main office. The information provided will be entered into the state’s website, then the work permit will be generated to give to your employer.
